Welcome to Web Pro Flow! These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by Web Pro Flow ("We," "Us," "Our") which include SMS, email, and contact management services (the "Services"). By using our Services, you ("You," "Your," or the "Customer") agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to use our Services.
Web Pro Flow provides SaaS-based solutions for SMS, email, and contact management, as well as other related digital marketing services ("Services"). The scope of services includes but is not limited to:

To access the Services, you may need to create an account with Web Pro Flow. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Web Pro Flow immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Permitted Use: You may only use the Services for lawful purposes, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Services to send unsolicited communications or spam (including SMS, email, and other types of contact), violate privacy rights, or infringe upon intellectual property rights.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The data you provide and any information generated through your use of the Services will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
SMS and Email Consent: By using our Services, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consents from your contacts to send SMS and email messages. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining consent to send marketing and transactional messages. Data Security: Web Pro Flow implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subscription Fees: Our Services are subject to recurring subscription fees based on the chosen plan. Payment terms are outlined during the account registration process.Billing Cycle: The billing cycle may be monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your subscription plan. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.Late Payments: If payment is not received on time, Web Pro Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is made.
You agree to the following regarding SMS and email communications through the Services:
Consent for Marketing Messages: You are responsible for ensuring that the recipients of your SMS and email campaigns have opted in and consented to receive such communications.Opt-out Mechanism: You are required to provide an easy opt-out mechanism in all SMS and email communications (e.g., a "STOP" reply for SMS and an unsubscribe link for emails).Message Content: You are responsible for the content of all messages sent through our platform, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing, advertising, and consumer protection.
Ownership: All intellectual property related to the Services, including software, logos, branding, and content, is owned by Web Pro Flow or its licensors. License: Web Pro Flow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose in accordance with this Agreement.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Web Pro Flow support or via your account settings. Termination by Web Pro Flow: Web Pro Flow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate any part of this Agreement or engage in activities that could harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Pro Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Web Pro Flow, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including any breach of this Agreement.
